WE SHIP ALL OVER THE WORLD

(TOTAL DELIVERY TIME=PROCESSING TIME + SHIPPING TIME)

Processing time : 2-5 Business days Normally.

Shipping time:

1 Standard Shipping time : 1 Standard Shipping time: 12-15 Business Days. (USPS, etc.)

2 Express Shipping time:  2-5 Business Days(excluding processing time).  (Express shipping including DHL, EMS, FEDEX)

3 Duty-free Shipping( Approximately 15 days,excluding processing time). By choosing this shipping method, customers do not need to pay customs duties. We will pay taxes for customers in certain EU countries.

PS:1: We cannot guarantee the estimated arrival time during the shopping season; holidays and external factors beyond human control. Please take a note when you place an order If you have specific requirements for the order. ( Logistics time to Mexico and Colombia will be slower than other countries, it will take around 60days. If you need to choose Express logistics, please contact our customer service.)

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT DUTY

In general, there only be a small number of countries need to clear customs.if unfortunately, your order need to clear customs tax, and you need to make a payment again, please contact with us directly first.We will help you with certain amount of the tax, please do not worry about it.

The package was returned or destroyed because the customer refused to pay the duty. In order to safeguard the seller's rights, the seller has the right to refuse the return of the package and reject any refund request from the customer.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

Please be advised that your shipping address cannot be revised after the order has been placed successfully. However, before your order being shipped, we will try our best to help you to revise your shipping address.So please make sure that your shipping address is right and if you have any question, please feel free to contact with us first, we will be very glad to help you solve the matter.

How do I track my order?

After your order being shipped, a tracking number will appear. You can track your order on our company's website with the tracking number provided.

I am not satisfied with the product. What can I do?

If you are not satisfied with the product you received, you’d better return it to us in new condition in 5 days from the day you receive the package, or we would refuse to accept your request.
