The shoes are exactly as pictured. They're incredibly soft and comfortable. This is perfect for my wide feet. The shoes aren't as heavy as I expected. My foot length is 9.25", and I chose a size up, CN38. They fit perfectly. However, CN37 should also be okay, though I feel they might loosen up after a few wears.
